REFER A FRIEND - TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. To qualify, the referring student must complete the online form HEREbefore the referred friend enrols. The referrer can also email firstname.lastname@example.org, but this must still be before the referred friend enrols. To avoid any doubt, verbal or telephoned referrals will not be accepted. 2.. For the referring student to qualify for a $50 course credit and Apple Watch entry, the referred friend must enrol and pay for at least one course with a duration of at least 8 weeks. 3. A student cannot refer an immediate family member (e.g. brother, sister), nor themselves! 4. A student may refer extended family members (e.g. cousins) or any other person who has not previously been a student at King;s Peak. 5. Friends who have previously studied at King's Peak cannot be referred for the purposes of this promotion. 6. Course credits apply only to the next enrolment period after the referral is confirmed, e.g. you cannot refer a friend you have just met, just as you yourself are enrolling! 7. The referring student must be a fully paid-up, active student at the time the referral is made (as determined by the timestamp of the referral at clause (1)). 8. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively, e.g. after the allegedly referred friend has already enrolled. Clause 1 applies strictly. 9. Any and all terms and conditions applicable to the Apple Watch Promotion and the standard Terms and Conditions also apply in full. 10. King's Peak's interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and its decision on eligibility, is final and binding on all parties. 11. King's Peak reserves the right to revoke, without compensation, any entries or credits if it finds that any Terms and Conditions have not been met. 12. This promotion may be terminated at any time by an announcement on www.facebook.com/kingspeakacademy 13. All parties agree that any decision of King's Peak regarding this promotion is final and binding on all parties and by entering, agree not to hold King's Peak or its employees liable for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise.
